General terms and conditions of business

Scope

The business relationship between Brandeis Consulting GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) shall be governed exclusively by the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order.

Deviating conditions of the customer will not be accepted unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity.

Access to the courses

Access to the booked courses is only possible after payment has been made.

If payment is made during the booking process, access is immediate. If third party providers are commissioned with the payment processing, e.g. Paypal, their general terms and conditions apply.

For payment by invoice, course unlocking requires an additional manual step after payment is received. The customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as the course is activated.

Liability

All contents of the video courses have been compiled to the best of our knowledge and belief. Nevertheless, errors may have crept into it. It is the responsibility of the customer to check all information to ensure that it is suitable for the purposes for which it is being used.

Final provisions

The place of jurisdiction and performance shall be the registered office of the Seller if the Customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.

The contractual language is German.
