Each time you start your system via CAL, it is assigned a new IP address. To always reach it with the same IP address, you can assign a static IP address. However, this Elastic IP service costs extra on AWS. For me, this is currently about 4 € per month (as of 31.8.2020, please check yourself in the price list whether this information is still correct).

Google Cloud Platform
If you have your system running on Google Cloud Platform, then you can make the appropriate settings under Google Cloud Platform ==> VPC Network ==> External IP Address.
