AI workshop on 22.06.2026 in Mannheim
With Headless Apps with SAP ABAP we are launching a new AI workshop format at Brandeis Consulting.
We tested the workshop for the first time at the 11th Magdeburg Developer Days 2026. The response was so positive that it quickly became clear: we're bringing this format to Mannheim as an open training. The workshop is conducted by Jörg Müller.
The focus is on modern AI workflows, so-called Headless Apps, and the question of how companies, together with users, can quickly arrive at meaningful AI prototypes.
The next workshop takes place on 22.06.2026, the day before ABAPConf. Afterwards there will be a joint barbecue & pre-evening event for ABAPConf 2026 in Mannheim.
As part of ABAPConf, we are offering the workshop at a 50% discount on the regular price.

SQLScript for SAP HANA now in its 3rd edition
The 3rd edition of “SQLScript for SAP HANA” by Jörg Brandeis is now available from Rheinwerk Verlag.
The book has been comprehensively revised and covers current topics around SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Datasphere as well as modern SQLScript development in the SAP environment. In addition to fundamentals and best practices, it offers numerous hands-on examples for use in development and BW projects.
If you want to dive deeper into the topic, we also offer corresponding courses and trainings around SQLScript, SAP HANA and modern SAP development.

ABAPConf 2026 in Mannheim
ABAPConf 2026 is taking place this year at the MAFINEX Technology Center in Mannheim.
The conference brings together developers, consultants and SAP enthusiasts from the community and offers a day full of talks and technical insights around modern ABAP development and current SAP topics.
The focus is on, among other things, RAP, Clean Core, ABAP Cloud, Fiori and other modern development approaches. In addition to the sessions, there is also time for conversations and networking with other participants and speakers.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required.
Events & community events
The SAP community is a central part of our work. That's why we are regularly present at events, meetups and conferences.
This time we'd especially like to mention Code Connect. The conference brings developers, architects and technology enthusiasts together and offers hands-on talks around modern software development, SAP and current technology trends.
We'll be there too and look forward to seeing many familiar and new faces from the community.
