Description
The ideal introduction to developing applications directly on SAP HANA with the XSA application server. The training "Application development on SAP HANA XSA" establishes the necessary foundations for providing data-intensive services and applications based on SAP HANA. The focus of the training is on the practical implementation of the code-to-data concept and the use of the SAP HANA Database Module. The necessary foundations and tools of the SAP Cloud Foundry environment of SAP BTP are taught. With the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (NodeJS) and the associated Core Data Services, a powerful framework is also available for implementing a service implementation and a UI integration. The knowledge conveyed avoids a "lock-in" to a specific platform (Cloud Foundry, Kyma or SAP XSA), but is designed to be generally applicable as far as possible and reasonable. The basis of the practical implementation is the Cloud Foundry environment of SAP BTP. Together with the two trainings "SQLScript Basics" and "Calculation Views in SAP HANA", this course offers an ideal preparation for SAP certification as "SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP HANA Cloud 1.0 (C_HCDEV_01)".
